Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 lb (225 grams) pasta (spaghetti, penne, fusilli)
  • 3/4 cup (160 grams) cream cheese

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) reserved pasta water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve half a cup of starchy cooking water before draining.
