Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices sandwich bread (sourdough or whole wheat)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts (shredded)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4–8 slices Muenster cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with paprika, black pepper, and cayenne until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine shredded chicken with Frank's Hot Sauce, ranch dressing, and minced garlic; mix well.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread. On four slices, spread the cream cheese mixture followed by the chicken mixture and top with Muenster cheese.
  4. Cover with remaining buttered bread slices (buttered side out).
  5. Heat a large skillet over low-medium heat. Grill sandwiches for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, ensuring the cheese melts.
