Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 300 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine or tagliatelle until al dente. Add broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear chicken: Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brown each side in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from pan and slice.
  3. Make sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and milk; simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
  4. Combine: Toss pasta and broccoli with the sauce in the skillet. Fold in sliced chicken and mix until well combined.
  5. Serve: Plate the pasta topped with fresh parsley if desired.
