Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 Tbsp butter (or vegan butter/ghee)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups cooked rice (jasmine, brown, or cauliflower rice)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)

  3. Pour in heavy cream while stirring constantly. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
