Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt one tablespoon of butter. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns for about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the can of Rotel tomatoes (with juices) to the skillet and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add remaining butter and heavy cream; gently simmer until thickened (about 3–4 minutes).
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce using tongs; toss gently to coat.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
