  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter (softened)

  • 1½ tablespoons dried Italian herb blend
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  2. Stir in olive oil, 3 cups flour, and salt until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth. Add more flour as needed.
