  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Let cool completely, then crumble. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Stir vigorously until completely incorporated.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions to the yogurt mixture. Fold everything together gently but thoroughly, reserving about 2 tablespoons each of bacon and green onions for topping.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally 4-24 hours for optimal flavor development.
  5. Before serving, give the dip a quick stir. Top with the reserved bacon and green onions. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then serve with chips, crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
