Ingredients

Grilled Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for marinating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Broccoli
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets steamed
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Method

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Steam the Broccoli
  1. While the chicken is grilling, steam the broccoli florets in a steamer for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. Slice the grilled chicken into strips. In bowls, layer the steamed broccoli and sliced chicken. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and add optional toppings if desired.
