Preparation
- If using protein powder, whisk it into the Greek yogurt along with honey and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until completely smooth with no lumps. Let the mixture rest at room temperature for 5 minutes to thicken and allow the protein powder to fully hydrate.
- Prepare your berries by patting them dry with paper towels if using thawed frozen berries. If using fresh strawberries, slice them into bite-sized pieces for easier layering.
- Toast your almonds or walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, shaking the pan frequently, until fragrant and slightly golden.
Assembly
- Spoon 1/3 cup of yogurt mixture into the bottom of each 16-oz clear glass or jar. Add a layer of mixed berries (about 1/4 cup), then sprinkle with granola, nuts, and a pinch of chia and flax seeds.
- Repeat the layering process until glasses are full, ending with a dollop of yogurt, a few berries on top, and a final sprinkle of nuts and seeds. Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours if you want them extra cold before serving.

Notes
Customize with seasonal fruits or a dairy-free yogurt alternative. Layering ingredients can enhance texture and taste. Granola should be added just before serving to maintain its crunchiness.
