  • 0.5 cup turkey pepperoni chopped
  • 0.25 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

  • Parchment paper
  • Large bowl
  • small bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, protein powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick (approximately 12x8 inches).
  5. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped pepperoni evenly over the sauce.
  7. Starting from the long side, carefully roll the dough up tightly like a jelly roll.
  8. Cut the roll into 8-10 equal pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping.
