Cooking Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground turkey for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until no pink remains. Add garlic powder and oregano during the last minute of cooking. Drain any excess fat thoroughly using paper towels.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and marinara sauce. Mix until evenly distributed.

- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about ⅓ cup of filling into the center, keeping it in a horizontal line. Fold the left and right sides inward (about 1 inch each), then roll tightly from the bottom edge toward the top, keeping the filling centered like a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

- Brush each roll lightly with beaten egg or spray with olive oil for a crispy exterior.

- For air fryer: Preheat to 375°F and cook rolls for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown. For oven: Preheat to 400°F, place rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray, and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden.

- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
